No, they do not, but paint can be ordered separately through us. We offer two paint options — Paint and Supplies (gallons of liquid paint, brushes, and/or rollers, trays, etc.), or Spray Paint (cans of aerosol paint). See our Paint Options Add-ons under each Reusable Stencils for additional details.
